two words , COST and PRACTICALITY
defenders are expencive
series would take a lot of modifying to be fast and safe
freelander is moderately quick , strong bodyshell , demisters that sometimes work and are cheap
just ignore the embarrisment of the buttplug ariel
That's pretty much what I was thinking. Not much required to prep and tune, cheap to buy, and can be manned up with minimal surgery.
