Does anyone know where i can get a cheap but decent coil spring for my front offside disco .

Don't you think it would be a better idea to buy a pair of coils springs?

Why each spring is different anyway So matching them is pointless and how do you know he hasn't already got the NearSide spring waiting to be fitted. Presumptious ****er int ya.

lol at you lot....its a 300tdi, sorry for not pointing this out, the other springs fine its just the front offside one that bust, but if cheap enough ill buy 2 .

Best buy the two, if one is broken due to age then the other is probably close to following. However, if you cut it on purpose with a grinder to see how hard it is (like Redhand probably thinks is more likely) then go ahead, buy just the one! :D

Nice 1 Redhand ill head over to there, i can`t afford to buy 2 at the moment, one of the thousand that have been made redundant in the ****e country. If the other bust ill have to change that when it does.
