Morning guys. Just come out to the car and it's dead again. This is after a brand new battery and alternator repair. So where is this RF unit and what identifying marks, numbering am I looking for to distinguish which unit it is?

Cheers.

Disconnecting the blue aerial wire is the "accepted" way to work around it. It'll reduce its range so you need to be stood next to the car to unlock it. As for buying the new one, it seems they're becoming harder to get - a main dealer will be your best bet.

Whilst this is true....when the RF unit really does go south it will cycle the locks to the point of burnt out....regardless of blue aerial connection
