I tried Screwfix for some bolts to fasten on my Sankey hitch, told them I needed 10.9's (Thats what I was told I needed), and they just looked at me as if I had just fallen out of the sky![]()

Have you ever used their bolts or screws. Never knew you could snap a new M10 bolt so easy.
There are different grade/strengths of bolts, nuts and screws. If you use the lower rated they will snap easily. The higher the grade/strength the harder to snap. It is all in what you buy.
