hi , Im Looking to put a 2" lift kit on my disco 1 and increase the wheel size, will disco 2 wheels fit im thinking about 18" instead of 16", i want to give the car a greater presense on the road

what do you think ?

If you're upping the wheel size to 18" you'll be changing the tyre profile so shouldn't need the lift.

If you want to fit disco2 rims you'll need to fit adapters as stated by discool. They're likely to cost you more than the wheels though.
 
Not really on topic
BUT yesterday on my local recycleing depot were 4 disco wheels & General Grabber tyres
in not to bad a condition .
Who would throw them away e-bay would have been better
The depot manager wouldn't let me have them though (Health & Safety) Ha Ha

18''s are for wimps :D 19"s :D and one of our lickle van with 16"s :D
