Hi Need to know if 31 x 10.50 r 15 tyres and modular wheels will be ok
on my 69 2a. swb
Said to have come off a series 2a with a light weight body
so stud pattern should be ok.
Tyres are Avon Rangers.

Avon Rangemasters? They are 750 R16.Std wheel on a 109 will take an AR tyre. If it's for a SWB you need to check the number stamped on the wheel. No access to manuals reading this on my phone. Also need to ensure your wheels take that tyre with a tube. They are not tubeless.

I am confused. The OP is talking about Avon Ranger tyres on 15" Modular rims, yes they will fit on. I think that talk about 750 Rangemasters is a bit of a Red Herring. On top of this don't bother to look for numbers on Modular wheels. Finally Ranger tyres ARE tubeless. If they were fine on a Lightweight then they are fine on a S2a SWB. Enjoy your vehicle!

Yes they will fit. But might stick out the arches a little. Depends on the offset of the rim. Will probably look quite nice, but you might get more mud up the side of the vehicle.
