I currently have a set of 20" Storm Drug Dealer Alloys on my P38, and want to replace these with some steel or alloy rims that will take some off road tyres, something like this: Kumo Venture MT KL71 - 265 75 R16 - WHEEL TYRE PACKAGE - POA

Any recommendations on what would fit or what I should buy? Am having a little trouble finding the right thing and figured this would be the best place to ask.

Thanks in advance :)

I like my stormers lol
Saying that they do look a little funny on the p38 lol

They are superb wheels Hippo, but I can't get the tyres I need onto them unfortunately, my little trusty P38 is being asked to do more than cruise the motorways so the Drug Dealer Rims need to go :)

Ahaa I see
Yes don't suppose they do an AT rubber for Them lol
Ps the general grabber AT2 are pretty good all rounders :p

Why not just contact your local RR breaker (I'd suggest a couple but I've no idea where in the world you are), get a set of 'proper' RR wheels, then see what sort of deal that you can get on tyres.

I ended up getting a brand new set of original P38 alloys for not a huge amount, and have just put 265/70/16 knobbly off road jobs on them, should do the job handsomely :)

Sorry it's taken a while to respond, been out enjoying the new wheels :)

Anyway, got a set of star engraved 5 spoke 16" original alloys, and I put some malatest kaimen 265/70/16 boots on it. To say it's been fun would be an understatement :)

I would love to hear from any other P38 owners that are off roading theirs. There does seem a shortage of upgrades for these, but I have to say mine is proving, as it has consistently done over my few years of ownership to to go well beyond expectations :)

Wow they do look aggressive
Wat they like on the Tarmac ?
When I had AT on my old freelander the handling was ****e
I would never go back to them now lol

Had a couple of good runs since putting the new tyres/wheels on, and I have to say it's been as polite as anything. Obviously there is a load more road noise, but other than that it's still as fun to drive as it was before, only now it goes anywhere :)
