After spending thousands of pounds on development the boffins at Land Rover decided to re-introduce starting handles. Whlist at the same time the research boffins spent thousands of pounds deciding which bit rusted the most. The resulting hole is the outcome of 25 years and £372,651.73 of research and development.

Actually, your wrong.

Its a manual doughnut hole punch to keep the yanks happy every time we bail the ****ers out of some other **** they've created.
You put the dough in and firm it round the edges, poking the excess out through the centre hole. Run the engine for 10 mins and there ya go, mmmm doughnuts.

I was behind a 110 on the way to work this morning and it had a hole in just like yours, it had the electric hook up connector plug type thing mounted in it.
