Oh the shame...the ignominy....of the last 10 vehicles that I have had on the back of me Recovery truck, there have been 3 Gaylanders, 1 Discovery, 1 RRC, and 1 Defender!!! All less than 8 years old. What is the world coming to????![]()
Aye,,,ok..I don't know much about Rangies - was a personalised plate and excellent condition. (except that the immobiliser wouldn't let it go anywhere!)Maths was never my strong point, but how'd you figure a classic less than 8 years old![]()
i think that landrovers are now being sold to a wider market and people who know nothing about maintenance are buying them thinking they are invincible 4x4 machines. they are then just running them til they break.
yes but a doris would of been happy with a polo or a micra now they want a disco 3.that could be said about every other vehicle, not just LRs - and nearly every other consumer product, the days of self service and make do and mend are long gone
is all part of this horribly commercial world
i think the defender will be phased out of production in the future or replaced with some modern rubbish, either way the landrover workhorse is dead.shame the **** that breaks is £££££££££££££££ personally there should have been two directions work horse and Executive models and workhorse should be stripped of all excessive electronics
