Not looked it up so could be wrong, but a byeway is a route you travel on. So bye means to travel i think. So goodbye means good journey or good travel. And should only be used literally by someone who is bidding fairwell to another party.
ya flaming ya self? The above is a load of balls should have looked it up. It's BYWAY not Byeway. Bye is just short for Goodbye.

Sarstad, what sort of prices in Denmark? I've been keeping an eye open for nice LSE but here in Germany they are very expensive!
I have got a 1990 3.9 efi auto and a 1972 3 door.
I would have to say for comfort the 1990 is better but I would go 1991 so I got the heated door locks for where you live. for UK pre 1993 is an advantage as you dont need cats!
I would not get anything with air suspension as its more trouble than its worth.
The beauty of the earlier 3 door cars is that they go up in value every year and also the tax is free in the uk for pre 72 cars but that wont affect you unless your living here!
I have to say though for a long trip they arnt as comfortable!
well i think that i am after a pre 86 because they cost 40£ a year in insurance........
nice and cheap over there then!
just look out for rust!!!!!
Er du sikker pa dette? Forsikring? Mener du maske vaegtafgift?? Og husk selv afgift hvis bilen skal indregistreres!!
