Hi Guys just after a bit of advice really.
I am thinking of buying a 1998 P38 2.5 Diesel and want to know what to check.
I have had plenty of Discos and Range Rover classics but not P38s.

I know the usual rust and leaks, warning light etc but what else.

Check everything works properly as it should, and not bodged, if on springs shows lack of proper maintanace and my be sign of neglect.

Check EAS goes up and down properly, check it re-starts promptly when hot and that it doesn't overheat when given some wellie preferably uphill, check the is no book symbol on the HEVAC display, check you wallet is full after purchase.
