It's right beside the fuse box under the bonnet. It was disconnected when I bought the car, but noticed it the other day and decided to plug it together, but not noticed anything different yet. Anyone know what it is for?

can you trace the wires back to anything? can you tell with a multy meter if its powered up without the ignition on? calnt say iv'e noticed it on my RR.

Now you've done it !! that's the wire that provides power to supply false electrical failures intermittently. It's a special feature on the P38 op2:

Actually since plugging it in i have had the radio going into dodgy connection mode- i keep having to whack the the number 3 button.!
