right just a bit of info needed.
i have a standard 300tdi engine wise, and i have just got a stainless janspeed de-cat pipe and im fitting that but i also wanna turn the boost up a bit as long as the fuel pump for a bit more grunt.
now i am wanting to know if i will need an uprated intercooler and if so im on a tight budget so what and where can i get one if needed?

if no intercooler needed will it run right and if not what problems could i come accross?

I wouldn't have thought you will achieve much without a bigger intercooler. More fuel needs more O2 for combustion. To little O2 you will get black smoke from exhaust which is unburt fuel.

Bigger intercooler cools the air more making in denser therefore contains more O2. Which is carried into the combustion chamber. On the same note fitting an intercooler and not increasing the fuel is just as bad.

Will will be able to increase the fuel a bit just watch for to much smoke.
