Afternoon all,

I am getting ready to do some work on my 90 and am having trouble with what type of gear oil and auto trans fluid I need. The manual says to use ATF for the gear box but not what kind. I went to my local auto store and they have several kinds (ford, chevy, Ect). Also the manual calls for GL 4, gear oil for the transfer box and diffs can I use GL 5 because that is all they seem to have? I have a 84 LR90 with the NA 2.5 and the standard LT77 gearbox. ep 90 or 80w90 for transfer box,atf dexron 2 or 3 or mtf any will do fine just change often at least yearly
