What filler should i use for minor rust and for filling things like bolt holes that are not used and going rusty.

i just use that stuff made by loctite. dunno what its called, get it from halfrauds. tis great and sands down.

Plastic Padding type Elastic (not type Hard - cracks afer a while wiv vibration etc).

Absolutely any motor factors or halfrauds - it's very common.
mind you, i got mine from Trago Mills.

Yup got a really nice pair of 4" round worklamps for a fiver. only had them 18mths must think about fitting them.
