The red ring wire and multiplug wire have no power going to them. I've tried it with ignition on, lights on, heater on etc and nothing. Maybe it was for a heated from screen on something??? The green wire circled in the second picture is an ignition live but not permanent. I'm thinking maybe fuel or temperature. The fuel guage never worked so maybe that's the live for the fuel. Idk no fuel tank in as it leaks so need a new one. I hate fault finding electrickery.
Well I did some checking and seems the green ignition live links to the fuel guage. When I pulled the green wire from the back of the fuel guage the green wire wasn't live anymore even with ignition on, connect the green wire at the back of the fuel and that wire was live again. It's all it can be as my fuel guage to the sender unit wires are missing. But I have no idea how to get the fuel guage to work. With no wires near the fuel tank I have no clue where the earths should be or where the lives should be.
