We like a bit of a laugh on ere as you've probably noticed. But on a serious note They probably were for something like a set of spots that've been removed. or a rotating beacon (is there any holes drilled in the roof and plugged up) As I said earlier trace the wires from the switches and find out where they go. as there could be bare wires at the end.

That said, you did ask a question & amongst the highly amusing set of answers you got was the right one plus a cautionary tale of bare wires and the inherent potential danger therein.

Obviously the switches are not for ejector seats!
Dont know what they are, they sound retro fitted. There should only be cig lighter and wiper although i think some had headlight levelling but this is a rotary knob. Has there been a manually operated fan added to your engine in place of the viscous one? It sounds really odd, undo the two screws and try and see where the wires go to.
