What is your foot wet with? Water, brake fluid?
clear water or coloured water? if its clear then its probelly yer A/C drains that are blocked.
if its clear and you int got A/C then its most likely rain water. in which case get someone to schoosh a hose about yer vents and sunroof while you look inside for the leak.
coloured water will be either yer heater or heater hoses.
