Hi I am putting a new Door pillar, bracket etc in my 2a SWB inc new floor and have it stripped down. Need to either find someone who can weld (well) or try and borrow a mig any ideas anyone?? Have good workshop (garage) lit inc pit

Managed to buy a Clarke 150te and had a go myself and I have to say, having never welded, it looks not too bad. I ended up cutting the floor panel out (had 3 in there!) and have just finished today welding sealing and painting so I might put some pickies up - quite good fun aslong as the door still fits tomorrow

Glad to see you got it sorted out... welding is uite fun is it not... until you try doing the flippin thing upside down.... then things get nasty!
