Hi everyone,

Our freelander td4 is still under warranty as weve only had it 3weeks,in this three weeks weve had the fuel pump pack in, 2 window regulator's go and an airbag light come on...
Now ive finally got it back from the dealer ive noticed the gearstick is sloppy- this isnt my main concern- its the fact that you can feel a grinding and hear a grinding noise if you move the gearstick to the left or right when your moving and its in gear?
Its also occasionally making a bang from the rear when you pull off, almost a noise like the jack isfalling in the boot to the other- although nothing is loose in the boot?
I have it booked in with a landrover specialist for friday to get a full report done ready to go back to the dealer with.
Anyone got any ideas what this sounds like?

One of the three rear differential mounts, the center one. Tons of posts on this forums on this.

yer connector pin for the gear linkage is probably falling out aswell..
