Water can come in from everywhere - common culprits on mine were were the roof meets the body, arund the front winscreen panel, the seal round the glass itself, doors...you name it, if there is a join, it can leak!

of course it leaks!.....how else are you supposed to get a lapful of water when you hit the brakes? :doh:
............pop rivets are also likely suspects.....mines doing my head in, no matter what I do it seems to find SOMEWHERE to get in.....seriously considering lining inside with flashband then carpet tiles.....either that or building a pitched slate roof on top

My s3 always has 1-2 glasses of water inside, because of a leaking point near the side end of the window frame, it ruined my wiper motor. wish i have dealt it earlier...
When i switch the wiper on it kinda tries to work
but it stops after an inch of movement.
do i have to replace the motors?

Mine did this, motor just needed some lubrication after a good clean.Also check conections to power and earth.[My motor was full of rusty water after crossing a deep pond some months earlyer] still works.

Either the post before mine, or buy some beer and give it to an leccy engineer. If you're near me bring it over.
It's not hard to do, you just have to know what you're doing. Lets start with an ohm resistor...
Second lesson will be about complex and rotating fields and what they have to do with DC motors, and why it's a bad idea to clean the insulation of the laquered wires...

Usually gets trapped in the gutter inside, and dribbles over your lap, or pours into the tub as you drive. Series drivers are well versed in filling up at a petrol station, whilst getting looks from other drivers who think you have wet yourself!
If you see other series drivers, you will eventually notice that they are all wearing hats and coats....now you know why! Enjoy!
