going to put on new water pump to my 300tdi checked threads and reckon i can, only unsure if changing may cause airlock in system if so how to avoid or remedy, any one help.

remove cap from rad and cap from thermostat housing top fill till rad overflows refit cap fill till thermostat housing overflows fit cap fill till expansion tank is gull replace cap excess will be pushed out of cap when running never use the fact that expansion bottle appears to have coolant check with rad and thermostat housing plugs
