Finally got to the end of it all!!!!! MAF is fine, electrics are fine, turbo is fine all the problem was is a little filter for the turbo actuator that was clogged up! they should be changed every 24K but doesn't look like mine has been done on its services, so when I went through a puddle the water spray that got in stopped it breathing by clogging up the dust that was in it. Filter costs £2.50.
