Today I noticed I had water dripping from the car dropping off the gearbox Is there a drain for the air con or heating there?

 

thought it was mine!

Probably splash drippage

No it's from Aircon

I get that on my dads car, It just condensation maybe looks like the gear box getting blown in that direction. My dads car is brand new and took it straight to the dealer to confirm.

There is an aircon drain pipe that is just to the side of the ns of the gearbox. It's a good idea to extend this pipe so it doesn't drip onto the gearbox electrical selector switch.
