Alrite folks, bought my new landy last week, E reg 90 with a 200tdi engine new box, galv chassis, new box etc etc, anyways i can see that it has axle breathers fitted but not sure if the box and transfer box are fitted with them also, where should i look? Cant see any piping from underneath, obviously i want to fit breathers for the boxes aswel. Any help would be great, cheers

All the breathers terminate on the bulkhead. Just lift the bonnet and count them. If you want to extend them up the snorkel get a couple of 6mm pushfit Tee's and a bit of 6mm O/D pipe and the jobs a goodun.

So as standard they have breathers? Where do they come from on the boxes is what i mean if not?

Yes all fitted as std. One of em comes out of the side of the transfer box where the gear change linkages are. Diff breathers are fairly obvious.

Yup diff breathers bang on, belive theyv been replaced as its clear tubing, the fron runs up to inside drivers wing and the rear into the rear tub by the looks of things. I take it the box and transfer box will come out behind the engine in the middle of the bulkhead somewhere? thanks for all your help so far
