So, explain the mod.:rolleyes::)

The mod was completed some time ago before I decided to sell the vehicle and it has worked very well since. As I tow a large caravan I felt that the mod was sensible precaution knowing the P38's perchent for overheating.
Or is it the modification itself you require? If so, I am sure Datatek would be happy to impart the information.:p

Because I want to sell the car.

If you want to remove the viscous fan to replace it as the cooling means and maybe up the MPG a tiny amount, Datas mod is good. If your car is a MY 1999 it already has a facility fitted as standard to bring on the aircon fans in the case of an overheat.

Sorry, I meant why not explain the mod to the new owner. I already have the mod info from Keith:p:)

The problem with the standard fitting is that it does not call the fans until there is already an overheat, my mod controls the running temperature within the normal range.
