hey guys, so finally managed to find time to rebuild a spare EAS valve block with a seal kit etc..
and then today transplanted it into the car..
couple of niggles / questions for those in the know

so system pumped up.. and soapy water test..
1st off i had a clear leak ( i could hear ) from the base of one of the valves.. so took back out, reseated the seals etc.. re-pressurised..

the niggle / question.. when i spray the soapy water at the valve heads there are small bubbles from where the black wired enter the Black Caps.. ( looking very closely from above maybe just the right side ?)..
is this a bad seal ? or is this just a little air from the system at full pressure and nothing to be bothered about ?
i've tried to take them all out again, check and re-seat and appears to be exactly the same..
( obviously i can't see the 2 under the block to spray .. so hoping they are ok )..
system is unto pressure now and will leave over night to see what if anything happens...

as with my other EAS posts.. now this has a new Driver pack too.. so hoping this will also solve my reoccurring Faults.. jump to wade / exhaust valve issues.. but that will remain to be seen...

thanks for the replies in advance.. and any other suggestions on what to try / test..

hey All, Merry Xmas..

further to this post.. took it all out again.. checked all the new seals, reseated the valve stems.. rebuilt it... re pressurised.. car jumps to all the right heights instantly when called for..

no leaks from the Air pipes or the bases of the valve blocks with the soapy water test

still getting the bubbles from the black cases where the wires enter..

please.. any thoughts ? is this an issue with the small black o ring on the valve ? or the one that sits on the top ?

Also.. left over night.. EAS lock enabled on the dash, also remover the Relay under the Pas seat..
this morning all down on the Bump stops... so what have i done wrong ? this was a donor valve block.. so maybe the NRV's or so something ????

If it was down on the stops on all 4 corners with the relay pulled, you have serious leaks. There should be no air escaping anywhere, either you have something assembled incorrectly or dodgy O rings.
It will not be the NRV's as all 4 corner valves should be closed, the fact that you have air coming out of the coils is the clue.

evening.. yeah i figured as much with the leak.. but not sure where to start look ?
the block o ring rebuild was supposed to be helping with me fixing the other EAS issues... jumping to ride height etc.. ( which might have been the driver pack ? not sure if that issue has been fixed as i haven't tried driving it as yet )..
i diditn have leak like this with my original block..

i took great care with the order and seating of the air lines..
and the orientation of the caps etc.. so confident they are ok.

so pointing at new dodge o rings maybe ?
think with soap test on the caps it's the tiny ones around the lip on the stem ?
i have all the ones i took out, so could pull it all out and swap them back...

don't mind spending a couple hrs with it tomorrow afternoon if i have a place to start and look...

cheers

You could have overtightened the plastic bases of the valve itself distorting it. With the system pressured up, take a coil cover off and use soapy water to find where the leak is.
If it's leaking from all 4, at least whatever you have done wrong is consistent ;)
