Hi Everyone,

I have a 2010 V8 Range Rover Sport 3.6L Diesel ..

I’ve just had my car diagnosed as it wasn’t starting due to buying it with the push start stop button cut off and I've been told the Body Control Module (BCM) and Keyless Vehicle Module (KVM) is not receiving signal.

Firstly, do I have to buy these parts new from dealer?

Or can they be brought second hand and re programmed?

Also, does anybody have by any chance these P/N LR032733 & LR071386.

Thanks

It depends what the error is. But. It's unlikely you need either.
What is the symptom other than the button removed? Have you put a new button back in?
I was told my bcm was dead. Nothing up with it though!!

Basically brought it as a non runner .. push start/stop button was cut off .. not sure if it was a stolen/recovered before as it didn’t advertise that.

When I tried to start (by just twisting the wires together on start/stop button back on to dash by myself using the same one) there was a message in the dash that said ignition is on .. but there was no lights coming on in dash and the key wouldn’t unlock/lock vehicle.

Got it diagnosed and the guy said there’s no signal going to key .. not sure of the codes 😵‍💫

What happened to yours?
