whilst driving my 90 today something happened with my clutch.

was or has been working fine up untill now.

sitting at a set of traffic lights ,tried to select a gear but with no joy.
its as if all the pressure has gone in the clutch.
pumped pedle a bit but nothing so had to push to side of road.
so cant select any gear at all now

it seems its losing fluid from the master cylinder, every time we refill it goes down after several pumps of the pedle. i havent had this problem before. there are no visable leaks underneath or round the bell housing.

the clutch should be ok as its fairly new and is also an uprated model

any help or advice is greatly appriciated

Where's all the fluid going then??

Slave cylinder is my guess.

Have you checked slave cylinder

I'd guess slave cylinder anorl and the fluid is leaking into the bell housing.

my son has just towed me home so will be getting the tools out now

just thought id update this thread

as thought and suggested by you very helpfull people on the forum
it was the slave cylinder.
bought a new one, fitted it and all is good so far
