your battery is dead, happened me a few months back, when you open the door manually the alarm goes off and immobilize kicks in. charge the battery then lock the door again and open with the key fob that will reset the immobilizer hey presto!

no tryed this its the door latch knackerd

Either your fob is dead, or your car battery is dead. Replace battery in fob. Car battery dead, recharge battery. Once done and re-fitted, open door with key, stick key in ignition and put in #2 position. Hold button on fob. Should be resynched. Worked for me.

ok ill put people straight right fob has never worked since ive owned the car the car had to be opened via key but the micro switches in the catch is fooked and not telling the comp the the door has been unlocked by the key so doesnt turn imob off
