right I have a discovery 300 tdi the problems starter the other day drove to work and engine revved the balls off herself large smoke and I got it stalled. So it turned out to be a combination of oil in turbo and injector pump failure.
so replaced both of them and I went for a drive and then took off pipes of turbo and seen oil in them again took all off including intercooler washed them out and discovered that the pipe leading from the oil cyclone was putting out oil and vapour to turbo. so I have put pipe into a catch can and drove 5 mile and had approx. 30ml of oil in can. I had already removed cyclone cleaned it and reattached pipes.
so im guessing either my cyclone is not function right or my oil is over pressuring.
I don't know were to go from here when I remove oil cap with engine running there is like a whispy vapour but I don't know is that normal as I have never done that before any help would be greatly appreciated as im at a lost.

Could be head gasket gone between a pot and cam gallery. Compression test would tell you a little more

There's no need to post the same question in different places, it will just confuse you and us.

Btw a post in the intro section wouldn't go amiss :)

thanks I didn't know if I put it into correct section, I will look into the introduction bit. And I would love it if it was just a head gasket could it really be that simple

it would also help if you could let us know your location, that way someone may be near to you to lend a hand. and by the way. :D:Dwelcome to the forum.
