Just to warn you some sites requre you to be insured, but dont give a hoot MOT (aslong as it arrives on a trailer), good luck with the disco and the 6 hour mile, sounds like an interesting event.

I've already been round it but didn't finish because the car didn't have the right equipment. I'm just looking for some advice on places to get some add ons for a good price

I was only looks for some advice

My advice would be do whatever you want on your own land, alone...but as for the series71 event, sorry, 6hour mile..i'd check very carfully with the organisers, i cant see them staging something where nobody is insured...and in your case without a licence...

what ya mean right equipment? what have you been told or what do you think it needs?

there are a few sites that let under aged unisured drivers on. But not many and In the event of an accident YUu is gonna have to find an awful lots of dosh to pay for repairs. The biggest problem is plod Because they will say that anywhere that the pubic are allowed to drive is covered by the Road Traffic Act. Which says that You must have a licence and insurance to drive a vehicle in a public place. Otherwise you could drive round an asda or tesco et al carpark at any age you wanted.
