It's just like any other fuse box with incoming and out going circuits protected by a fusible link or fuse, simples.
I took the lid of mine many years ago just for a look then put it back on and that how it stayed.

in theory its simples yes, but regardards the plugs under neath does one feed 2connectors, brakes and engine fuse, and the other feed the other 4 fuses? if i removed the fuse for brakes (abs) would this break the circuit for the engije start (not something i can check at minute as looms in bits)

I can find plenty of fuse box threads but has anyone actually removed an under bonnet F-box from a TD5 ?
Need inner wings welded and 'box is in way. I was hoping I could just remove securing but keep wiring in place and tilt out of way. Is this feasible ?
Cheers
