Ok, imagine I am a small child and new to the wonderful world of Range Rover and Land Rover. (Not the sort of small child that is easy pray for pervy old men though)

Could someone explain for me, the original company, the name of the manufacturer. Is the company called Land Rover, and they happen to make a range of vehicles also called Range Rovers? :confused:

hey ,originally it was called rover and they made land rovers as an agricultural vehicle ,but kind of took off
 
Yes, Land Rover is the parent company. Range Rover used to be a model of Land Rover, but it now marketed as the luxury arm of Land Rover, with it's own seperate range of models.

I'm afraid so boys and girls

It's a nice comfy motor, and gets me pretty much anywhere I want to go.

I am aiming for a 110 defender some time in the future, but can't really afford right now

So there ! ;)
