hi i av bought sum tyres for my jeep i have 2 205/80/16 and i have 2 205/16 wil i be ok using them it wont wind dif up wil it atb cairnsy

If only through the last 2 millenia, mankind had found a way to measure distance, say with a stick or a tape..or just a piece of string..

But no..we are fooked..which is ok, cos you wont notice, having not evolved at all since you had gills.

Width shouldn't matter. It's height and circumference that matters. And in a jeep it will be your transfer case that suffers from a bad match. Aint good for the diifs either.
 
I'd like to say yes...but this kind of stupidity is something one is born with.

Or a motorcycle accident.

are yu saying that a 205/75-16 and a 265/75-16 are the same, coz they aint - coz the height is a percentage of the width :eek:.
