Hope you guys can help as iv'e done a search and also looked at the wiring diagram but still cant find an answer.
First prob
i was looking at the hand break ass and notest there was a drain hole on top of the back plate. Wierd but if i rotate it to the bottom the handbreak cable does not sit right with regards to entering the handbreak.

Prob two
It has been a while since i took it all apart and cannot remember where these two wires go. They come out the loom together one black and one grey with red tracer. They are located around the transfer box area.

Re problem 2, presumably it is for a switch in that area, try connecting them together and see if you get a warning light on the instrument panel. From there you can work out the likely use of these wires.

Thats what i was going to do but not got a battery in as yet. Just cant think what they were for. Got the wire for hand break and rev switch also diff lock but this has beeten me so far.

there not needed,some models had temp sender in transfer box situated on passenger side of box
