I have a vouge 2004. The tv picture is crap when the car is moving obviosly i dont watch it its just for the passengers as i use the car for buisness quite alot. Can anyone suggest anything do i get a better tv reciever or is the standerd range rover good enough?or do i need to get a digi box?

If the picture is ok stationary, but you loose it on the move I reckon it's more likely to be down to reception/signal strength and a better ariel might help, the ones set into the windows aren't renowned for good reception. Another thought is that when on the move the car is somehow generating too much RFI that is interfering with the signal and trying some additonal filtering may help.

Digital changeover!! as your car was fitted with an analogue tuner you are picking up the last few transmitters still operating but soon to finish. Check out the POST TV in a P38 started by Treeman on September 19th 2009. Follow it through for info on Digital Tuners and get Freeview.
ps. The Dragon is right you will need better ariels as well.
