Ok, im going to tear apart the turbo this weekend all things going to plan, so im here doing my homework its a td5 2002. i assume to get at the ball bearings in the wastegate ill have to remove some seals, is it possible to get replacement seals and where? and does anyone have an exploded view of the turbo? Thanks lads

I'm not sure you can get the waste gate spindle bearings apart. Never tried though so let us know how you get on.

best bet for parts for the turbo would be yur local turbo refurb place. check out google or the yellow pages.
Im sure they would be able to help.

First one that popped up on google.
