I had a bit of a confused moment earlier. When I took the landy out for a test drive I played with all the gears to check they worked ok. Diff lock, low range etc. I've been crawling it up on to some big logs so I can get underneath it more easily and had it in low range to do so. Anyway, to get to the point it ended up in neutral somehow and I left it. When I got in to go out earlier it wouldn't drive (obviously, because the transfer box was in neutral). I shoved it into Hi and pulled off-very slowly! It was in bloody low range! Why is it the wrong way around? I don't get it and it's bugging me. Also, the diff lock light doesn't work. The diff locks and unlocks very smoothly, and anyone who is used to a landy doesn't need a light to tell them the diff is locked. I'd still like the light to work. What's the problem likely to be there? :5bbanghead:

The nob is the right way around. Layout like this...

D
I - L
F /
F - N
L /
O - H
C
K

I don't get it. Has it been rebuilt the wrong way around or something?

I think its possible to put the ajjuster on the splines up the other way, this would mean it would be inverted controls.

Mine's back to front, dont know if it's on right but that is how it arrived.
