Hi, Please can anyone help me resolve what the problem could be when my disco is only driving on the front wheels? Thank you. Andy.

you need to put the rear wheels on the tarmac anorl ya know

Is the rear prop spinning? Sounds like snapped rear halfshaft or goosed splines on the flange, etc.

...not even when it drives forwards? In the centre diff lock engaged or not? Definitely just FWD you have (how have you tested this?)

Hi Paul, when towing off road, up hill, front wheels spin and rear wheels and rear prop shaft stay still!

that is just the transfer box doing its job. it works as a centre differential to allow u to go round corners.

put it in diff lock and u will be sweet

Thanks for that chris, maybe its just the diff lock thats not working then!

Or user error? Are you engaging it, and is the light lighting up?
