Hi All,
I've been getting some trans failsafe mode messages and the trans will only stay in 1-4 not go into 5th on some occasions. Faultmate gives some canbus faults so I figure its just trying to muck me about with electrical gremlins.
I figure a good clean of the motor connector and associated wiring contacts might be the first port of call, it never gets put into high range - which I'll have to address occasionally, but I don't want to try until I'm sure the electrics are all making a circuit.
So the question is: RAVE only lists procedure for removing said motor, do you think I can get away with a disconnection and clean up without the whole transfer box neutral fuse 37 thing?
Thanks in advance...
