Ipswich used to be a major centre for the manufacture of agricultural machinery - hence tractor boys. Farmers don't live in Ipswich, it's a big town. Farmers live in the countryside where the farms are. As for insest (sic) that's not restricted to rural areas. Incestuous relations are just as likely in large conurbations - such as the one you live in.

A big "town" unlike its neighbour "Norwich" - a big city! (Sorry - I'm originally from Norwich so couldn't resist an opportunity to run down Ipswich!)
