Hiya all,my first outing with my p38 in the snow and no problems at all never let my down,hills were just a breeze but,iv noticed when the traction control kicks in the light comes on the dash as normal but I can hear what sounds like a rachet ing sound that appears to be coming from around the brake peddle area is this normal also get a slight whine when in low range but nothing in high range,iv been told that all p38's whine but just thought I would ask all my LZ chums

That 'rachet ing sound' is the ABS isn't it? I get it when coming to a stop and I get a bit heavy footed on the breaks

As for the whine, I have knackerd diffs so not best placed to comment lol

I get twanging and racheting sounds from mine when traction or ABS operate
