Had tow bar pro fitted today l322 2008. Darn parking sensor engagement warning beep won't go off when jumped in car. Can manually switch off. Sensors clicking but not functional.

Fella coming back tomorrow, any ideas what might be amiss? Looks to be a proper module .

Probably needs telling via diagnostic s there is a towbar in the system

Proper module is white/cream affair. Plug n play.

Maybe yer fella fancies himself as a whizz on leccy stuff,

Ooer,

From sketchy memory I paid £130 for a NON genuine towbar, £70 for the loom and and near £200 for the module.

No fitting charge, I did it myself. An Hours work.

Pulled wire out bottom of module, can't see how it talk's back to car though so see if def the module.

I feel your pain, kinda, I almost threw up at the cost of the leccy bits, but I wanted it right so elected to give up an hour of my life to throwing it all together.

Fortunately I paid by cheque which will be promptly cancelled if this ain't sorted PDQ.

What more annoying I have same bar on our 2003 which I was going to swap over and buy new electrics. Just hadn't the time.

Bar looks well fitted it just annoying left it half baked electrics.
