fanks everyone :) Does anyone know of a tratter battery going cheap rofl. Might go and see how much my trade discount card gets me off a battery at halfrauds. Seeing as I have to try and source an inner tube today too.
 
Drippy - you never experienced my charm - only problem is they are both younger than my daughter - was just asking who they were - that was all!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Am I deing ganged up on here? Should I surrender gracefully or go down fighting (I don't mean "go down" afore anyone picks that up). Never surrendered in me loife so bring it on.
 
Heffs, my money's on the battery being shagged and the gold weather showing it. My old car had a good voltage showing on the battery which also showed plenty of power, and the AA man was completely stumped, thought there was some electrical fault - changed the battery and problem solved. ****ing alfa's! - do you know anyone with an at-least 60 A 700 cch battery you can borrow to properly eliminate the easiest solution before you try everything else?
 
rofl, without wanting to sound like the big poof, how old is your daughter? Not interested just trying to judge :rolleyes: Because I certainly look a good 5 years younger than I am, as do those girls.

the thing is it's started and running now after jumping off my nissan, so I'd have to wait until the problem surfaced again to make sure conditions were the same

so while it's running can't you get to someone with one spare so when it happens again tomorrow morning you can get going and get to Trago and get a good un!? (or wherever)?
 
Ahh I see what you mean. But I couldn't tell you what trago is for the life of me. All I know is we don't have one near here! But I don't think so, the only person I can think of is letsy but I'm pretty sure she uses her battery for starting her landy :p

My daughter is 23 n just got her masters in Phsycology - I can even spell it let alone do it so I don't know where she get the brains from. Am so proud of her - will post a piccie if you want cus she's beautiful too n for some strange reason she loves me...............

Ahh see I'm 21, so am afraid you're right they are younger than your daughter!! Psychology eh? Smarty pants! I did maths physics biology and music AS levels then left to go travelling, back at college doing motorsport now. Personally? I wouldn't post a pic of my youngins on here! I know what people are like, I'd rather save myself the mental torture haha!
