i know theres loads on here about tires but still havent really found an answer.
the insa turbo special tracks, i really like the look of the tread pattern but are they good? wot are they like on the rocky stuff? im after a second set just for goin off road so they dont need to b much good on the road

evening si, i have seen them in use, very good tyre even with the diffs on the deck mate they just keep the grip up and plugh through. i have the amazons on mine which are the same pattern as the insa sahara's and that insnt a bad pattern at all, cant say i have been caught out with them either.

I dont run two sets of tyres too much of an arse ache, I run one set of Kuhmo kl71s 33/12.50 15's best tyres ive had< great on road, better than my BFG's i had on old 200tdi and way way better off road, unstoppable, and they look damn sexy too!!!!

£85 a corner had mine for 1000 miles and no wear apparent as of yet and theyve had a gud hammering, see Tony at West coast off road in Banks for a good deal!!!

i'll keep thinking then, and i'll pay him a visit today. 33/12.5/15s!! wot mods need to be done to a 200tdi?? didnt think that big would go on easily

Si, you need min 2/3 inch lift and some trimming to front and rear arches, come and have a look at mine and see what need doin.

if you get wheels and tires off Tony at West Coast theyll do all the trimming etc, get 33's youll never look back !!!

spoke to Paul at west coast. they doing the 33/12.5/15s on rims for £520 all in. i already got the 3inch lift, they explained the trimming but they leaving that to me. ye a little look wud b good ta.

Top guys at West coast, trimming dead easy will sort you out with a look at mine and see what needs doin. just need a jigsaw and a decent blade and a file and away you go..........
