New member here looking for some help. I've posted this in the Freelander section, but as my issue could affect any late model LR, I figured I should post it here as well.

Without going into too much detail, I'm wondering is a TPMS sensor transmitting at 433mhz can be picked up by my LR2's computer, which being a US-spec model, is designed to pick up 313mhz signals from the other TPMS sensors.

Basically, I've replaced a TPMS sensor with an OEM part bought in the UK, which is where I live now. However, I have a US-spec LR2 that I shipped over. Naturally, I'd like to get the sensor that I bought to work, but I'm wondering if I should just get a 313mhz sensor instead. When I bought the part, I didn't realise there was a frequency difference based on region.

Any help is appreciated.

At face value, I figured this was the answer. I was hoping the receiver may have the ability to receive dual frequencies. It sounds like I need to procure a 315mhz sensor . . .

You might also need to check that whatever frequency you do use is allowed in the UK.

433 MHz(the capital M is important) may mess with any electric/automated gates/garage doors as that is the most common frequency used for their transmitters.

Grebby, good call out. Fortunately, I think I'm alright as I've recently (within the last 30 min) discovered that the 315MHz frequency is used in the UK by the Jaguar XF and Range Rover Sport, as well as a few Disco models. For whatever reason, the US-spec Freelander 2's got this frequency as well.
