Can someone tell me why there is a one hour time difference on the forums when I am not logged in? As a guest the times are one hour ahead of gmt and true gmt when logged in as a member.
Just curious!!!

If you go into your user cp and edit options theres a bit in there about detecting british summertime. Has it got owt to do with that?

Dunno. Just know that if I'm on as a guest the time is GMT+1 Hour.
When I'm logged in its GMT. Just a bit annoying when looking at times of posts and its not even that time yet.. Clock watching at work gets so bloody confusing.. This only happened after clocks changed end of October:confused:

When logged in, the time will be set to your location / the time format you set it to when signing up to the forum etc.
The time on the forum when not logged in will not be set to your location, which is why it is different.

Just to prove I'm npt going nuts its the same on my home computer as in work. So barring travelling across time zones when I go 2.2 miles from work to the hoose I'm fecked if I know why there is an hour difference. As I said it don't matter unless your clock watching at work and think its an hour later than it really is..
