I had to use a 3ft bar to loosen the bolts but still had to cut them off. They hadnt been changed for over 11 year thats why they are so hard to get off and seized on. I had all my tracking done and camber tracking you most have it done. I had to get new tyres because of camber being out. Should cost 40 a wheel
 
I've only done the one side at the moment but am surprised how far out the tracking feels considering I lined up the bolts to how it was set before, other side Being done tomorrow plus investigate and fix a knocking from the front, then I'll get the full wheel alignment done
 
I got Kwik fit to do a 4 wheel alignment which checks all the camber and alignment and was about £95.
I changed top and bottom outer bushes and the complete track rod and all bolts nuts and washers. I bathed the bolts in copper slip before putting them back in. I did all the front arms the following year and bottom ball joint , you'll never be bored or rich all the time you have a Range Rover
 
Fair one, Mine look bad but i don't think i get any movement either. i had a look at much newer model than mine and they looked bad also.
 
Well just done the other side. Managed to get the camber spot on amazingly but worth getting it checked out anyway.
Still got some knocking but nothing obvious so I guess it's the old Land Rover fix of turn up the radio.

You can get a camber gauge off The Bay for less than £20.;)
 
I used a guy I know who only charges me £25 for a full 4 wheel alignment with camber etc so not really worth buying anything for the use of get from it
 
Ive had a quick look at my upper control arm on the front. Both have a little movement at the ball joint and the bush where it meets the subframe. It's not excessive but could this be my knocking noise? Especially the ball joint movement
They're cheap to replace so might be worth changing them anyway
