does anyone know how to get the levers on the middle of the seats to fold them in half

Don't think you can get these on there own - if you are handy you could always make some, if you have the old ones they are just a push fit onto the spindle and inside the plastic handle is a metal springy collar which you could re- use when making new ones or alternatively replace the seats, found these ones.
